About The Role

The Millwright is responsible to provide engineering technical service to a one of the sections of the Operational Area.

Key responsibilities of this role are

 Plan execution of work orders 
Decide and Convey resources requirements
 Application of work standards
 Quality of work completed
 Decisions within allocated schedule of work and safety standards
 Complete the requisition order and submit
 Scheduling of tasks for the team in the area
 Veto on individual resources on their shift in the area
 Changing tasks and machine settings to minimize the effect of unexpected problems
 Stop the operation if the working conditions are unsafe
 Identifying employees suitable for further training
Disciplining of employees to agreed parameters and procedures

This role is at a C2 role reporting to an Electrical Foreman.

Grade 10 or Technical Trade Specific N2
 Trade Certificate for Fitter and Electrician

Experience

2 Years Experience in an underground environment

Knowledge And Skills

Valid driving license code 08
