Diese Position ist ideal für Absolventen oder Junior-Profile, die gerne mit Daten arbeiten, mit Kunden kommunizieren und ihr Wissen über die Investmentfondsbranche erweitern möchten. In dieser Position werden Sie: Unsere Finanzdienstleistungskunden bei der Bereitstellung und Übermittlung von Fondsdaten an ISS FWW in regulierten Formaten unterstützen Mit Kunden per E-Mail und Telefon kommunizieren, um Daten, Formate und Dokumentationen zu klären Die Pflege und Qualität von Fondsdaten sowie zugehörigen Dokumenten koordinieren und überwachen Eng mit internen Teams zusammenarbeiten, um eine genaue, fristgerechte und zuverlässige Datenlieferung sicherzustellen Mit strukturiertem Onboarding und kontinuierlicher Unterstützung schrittweise Fachwissen in den Bereichen Fondsdaten, Vorschriften und Kundenprozesse aufbauen Ihr Profil: Deutsch und Englisch in Sprache und Schrift Genaue, selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch Offene, kommunikative Art Teamfähigkeit Logisches, kundenorientiertes und lösungsorientiertes Denken Technisches Grundverständnis Erfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung / After Sales Interesse am Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und hohe Eigenmotivation Vorerfahrung im Bereich Fondsdaten ist nicht erforderlich – wir legen Wert auf Neugier und die Bereitschaft, Neues zu lernen.
