About You

In one of our technical roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center.

  • Leads the SAP WMS road mapping and implementations globally for Kimberly Clark
  • Leads SAP WMS implementations by partnering with businesses
  • Initiates and influences relationships with and between key stakeholders. Acts as a single point of contact for senior stakeholders and influencers.
  • Supports effective business change by building relationships with and between senior business folks , vendor partners , architects and operational business partners.
  • Builds relationships with global business teams in the logistics space in order to increase business opportunities. Advises them on the selection of systems, technology and related services to meet their business objectives.
  • Works in tandem with other allied teams like Order to Cash, planning, Manufacturing ,Procurement , Transportation and finance teams to deliver cohesive solutions across the KC landscape
  • Creates, identifies, and responds to opportunities for providing products and services to the logistics organization, liaising with those responsible in own organization. Promotes products and services at a high level, both internally and externally.
  • Develops and manages defined communication channel(s) and/or stakeholder groups, proactively seeking to identify potential demand, and drive the creation of the business case.
  • Advises and influences business clients and customers, at management level, regarding the delivery, costs, availability and functionality of services and systems.
  • Works directly with Business resources to establish requirements for the implementation of changes in the business process.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree with 12+ of relevant experience with demonstrated skills or 15 or more years of applied experience with demonstrated skills
  • Strong experience in leading at least 3 implementations of EWM.
  • Experience across SAP ecosystem like IM, StRM, MM , Planning , Manufacturing integration with MES and finance
  • Broad and detailed IT knowledge, together with understanding of the principles of business and markets and experience in relevant business sectors.
  • Strong planning, communication and presentation skills, the capability to listen and influence, and is proficient in project quality management.
  • Held prior accountabilities that required influencing leaders outside of administrative authority
  • Leads global teams and is a strong business and IT influencer
  • (Standard) Verbal and written fluency in English is mandatory. Ability to work in a virtual team which may work across distance (remote), cultures and time zones, in a matrix with multiple reporting lines, and may extend outside the K-C organization including suppliers, partners and customers.

  • Experience working in a global IT organization; preferred experience working in or supporting a business.
  • Strong leadership and experience leading leaders
