We're looking for a highly analytical and commercially focused Data Reporting & Analytics Lead to work closely with the Chief of Staff to the CEO and senior executives across the Group.

This is a high-impact role where you'll shape how performance is measured, reported and acted upon across a diverse international education business. You'll develop insightful reporting, build intuitive dashboards, and turn complex data into actionable recommendations that support strategic decision-making and improve business outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Design and implement efficient data collection and reporting processes across multiple business units.
  • Develop executive-level dashboards and visualisations using Excel and Power BI.
  • Create performance reporting frameworks that provide clear visibility of organisational performance.
  • Deliver meaningful insights and recommendations through advanced analytics and data interpretation.
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities, challenges and areas for improvement.
  • Transform complex datasets into concise, impactful presentations for executive audiences.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring high-quality delivery and stakeholder engagement.
  • Drive continuous improvement in reporting, data quality and analytics capabilities.

About You

We're interested in individuals who combine strong technical capability with commercial curiosity and excellent stakeholder management skills.

You'll bring

  • Experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting or performance management.
  • Advanced Excel and Power BI expertise.
  • A track record of building dashboards and producing insightful management reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into business actions.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence working with senior leaders.
  • A degree in Data Science, Engineering, Economics, Business or a related discipline.
  • Experience operating within a large, complex organisation.
