ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a high-impact, early-stage growth role sitting at the heart of the go-to-market engine for a fintech company building identity and trust infrastructure for businesses. You'll work directly on customer acquisition and pipeline generation, owning outbound experiments and AI-driven engagement motions across multiple channels — and the work you do here will directly shape how the company grows across Europe.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Execute outbound experiments by researching prospects, crafting personalized outreach, and iterating based on measurable results.
Build AI-driven engagement motions using prospecting and automation tooling to identify signals and personalize outreach at scale.
Generate qualified meetings for the sales team through outbound, inbound, and network-based channels.
Run demand generation events and activities across Europe to build brand awareness and drive pipeline.
Support sales operations, partnerships, and other commercial priorities as the business evolves.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

1–3 years of experience in growth, sales, or a related go-to-market role executing outbound campaigns or driving customer acquisition.
Demonstrated ability to design and run outbound experiments — researching prospects, crafting campaigns, and iterating on results.
Proficiency with CRM, email automation, prospecting, and AI-driven outreach tools.
Experience generating qualified pipeline through outbound, inbound, or network-based sourcing.
Comfort running or coordinating demand generation events, webinars, or similar activities.
Ability to design, execute, and analyze A/B tests or growth experiments with clear success metrics.
A cross-functional, adaptable working style — you thrive across sales, ops, and partnerships in fast-moving environments.
Familiarity with B2B SaaS, fintech, or identity/compliance domains is a plus.
Experience coordinating events across multiple geographies is a bonus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
