ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a Founding BDR role at a fast-growing AI recruitment platform that connects top talent directly with venture-backed startups. As one of the earliest business hires on a small team, you'll work directly with the founders to build the outbound engine from the ground up — with a clear track to closing your own deals as an AE.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Source new sales opportunities through inbound qualification and outbound outreach campaigns.
Qualify prospects using a consultative selling approach.
Build and manage mid-market and enterprise pipelines, including forecasting and progression toward close.
Design, test, and iterate on outbound motions and GTM marketing experiments with measurable pipeline impact.
Maintain accurate CRM data on client relationships and activity.
Grow into a closing AE role as the sales org scales.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

1–5 years of experience as a top-performing SDR/BDR and/or AE at a high-velocity startup or in finance.
Proven track record of consistently beating quota and earning quick promotions.
Hands-on experience designing and executing outbound lead generation programs with measurable pipeline impact.
Experience building and managing mid-market and/or enterprise sales pipelines.
History of landing cold outbound opportunities that seemed out of reach — resourcefulness is a must.
