Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute directional drilling operations to achieve targeted well trajectories.
Operate and monitor directional drilling equipment and adjust parameters as required.
Troubleshoot drilling equipment and operational challenges.
Monitor drilling data and maintain accurate operational records.
Collaborate with drilling engineers and teams to optimize well performance and reduce costs.
Follow all HSE/QHSE standards and participate in continuous improvement activities.
Work effectively in remote locations and high-pressure environments.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: 5–10 years in drilling operations.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Technology, Earth Sciences, or related field.
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of drilling operations, BHA, drill strings, drilling fluids, pressure control.
Software: Knowledge of drilling and well design software, including wellbore positioning and anti-collision tools.
Languages: Fluent English required; Arabic is an advantage.
Key Skills: Problem-solving, teamwork, adaptability, communication, and strong QHSE awareness.
