The Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing develops and leads integrated marketing strategies and campaigns that translate business objectives, consumer insights, product priorities and key commercial moments into compelling, connected experiences across the consumer journey.

This role serves as a strategic connector across Product Management, Brand, Creative, Media, Social/Influencer, Digital, CRM, PR, Channel Marketing and other teams to ensure marketing plans are cohesive, insight-driven and designed to deliver measurable business impact.

The Senior Manager will lead high-priority integrated campaigns from strategic brief through execution and optimization, establish clear campaign objectives, drive cross-functional alignment, and ensure consistent brand and product storytelling across consumer touchpoints.

This individual is a strategic thinker and strong operator who can move seamlessly between big-picture strategy and execution, influence without direct authority, manage complex stakeholder environments, and bring clarity and momentum to highly cross-functional work.

Role and Responsibilities

Integrated Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Lead the development of integrated marketing strategies that connect business objectives, consumer insights, product priorities, brand strategy and commercial opportunities.
  • Translate product launches, seasonal priorities and key commercial moments into cohesive, full-funnel marketing plans.
  • Develop clear campaign objectives, audience strategies, positioning, messaging frameworks and channel roles.
  • Identify opportunities to create greater impact by connecting traditionally siloed marketing channels and capabilities.
  • Partner with Product Management and Consumer Insights to translate product and consumer insights into compelling marketing strategies.
  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to senior marketing leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.

Campaign Development & Leadership

  • Own high-priority integrated campaigns from strategic brief through launch, optimization and post-campaign evaluation.
  • Develop comprehensive integrated marketing briefs that clearly articulate the business challenge, target audience, consumer insight, proposition, messaging, creative strategy, channel strategy and desired outcomes.
  • Ensure campaigns are connected across paid, owned, earned, retail, channel, social, digital, CRM, experiential and other relevant consumer touchpoints.
  • Establish campaign architecture and channel roles to ensure each touchpoint contributes to a unified consumer experience.
  • Challenge teams and agency partners to develop innovative, culturally relevant and consumer-first ideas.
  • Ensure campaigns maintain strategic and creative consistency while being appropriately adapted for different channels, audiences and customer journeys.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Alignment

  • Serve as the central integrator across Product Management, Creative, Media, Social/Influencer, Digital, CRM, PR, Channel Marketing and other stakeholders.
  • Establish clear roles, responsibilities, decision rights, timelines and ways of working across integrated campaign teams.
  • Build alignment among senior leadership, functional teams, agencies and global/local stakeholders.
  • Influence without direct authority and proactively resolve competing priorities, gaps and dependencies.
  • Bring structure and clarity to complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
  • Lead executive reviews and present strategic recommendations, campaign plans and performance results to senior leadership.

Campaign Performance & Optimization

  • Lead the development of integrated campaign reporting and executive-ready recaps.
  • Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize campaigns throughout the consumer journey.
  • Establish a test-and-learn approach to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Partner with Analytics and Media teams to evaluate campaign performance, effectiveness and return on investment.

Skills and Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in integrated marketing, consumer marketing, brand marketing, campaign strategy, go-to-market planning or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi-channel integrated marketing campaigns from strategy through execution and measurement.
  • Proven ability to translate business objectives and consumer insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Strong strategic planning, campaign development and project leadership skills.
  • Experience working across paid, owned and earned channels, including media, digital, social/influencer, CRM, PR, shopper/retail and creative.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Demonstrated ability to use data, research and analytics to inform marketing decisions and optimize performance.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling and executive presentation skills.
  • Exceptional PowerPoint and presentation development skills; strong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and creating structure where processes are not yet established.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
