The Senior Specialist II, Corporate Operations plays a critical role in ensuring the accurate, timely, and compliant processing of customer and internal orders across multiple sales channels. This position is responsible for end-to-end order management, including dealer, and inter-warehouse transactions, while maintaining data integrity related to pricing, inventory availability, and delivery timelines. Acting as a key liaison between Sales, Logistics, Business Operations, inventory teams, third-party BOC partners, and customers, the role supports seamless order fulfillment and high service standards.

The incumbent proactively monitors open orders, validates system accuracy, and resolves order-related discrepancies to minimize service disruptions. The role also contributes to operational excellence by supporting process improvement initiatives, maintaining standard operating procedures, ensuring policy compliance, and assisting with escalated customer issues. Through strong cross-functional collaboration, attention to detail, and customer-focused problem solving, this position helps drive operational efficiency, sales retention, and a consistent customer experience.

Role and Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming orders, including Dealer orders and FOC updates, with a high level of accuracy and adherence to internal policies (overall oversight for orders via EDI and S.P.A.C.E. Portal).
  • Maintain orders originating from the employee purchase program, including confirmations, return requests, and issue follow-up.
  • Validate and adjust open customer orders to ensure alignment with up-to-date information related to product, pricing, and availability.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with SECA sales representatives and customers to provide order updates, respond to inquiries, and support resolution of order-related issues.
  • Ensure the order management portion of inter-warehouse stock transfers is complete, accurate, and processed on an exception basis as required.
  • Follow up with Logistics on return matters and support efforts to retain customer sales where possible.
  • Assist with process improvement initiatives in areas such as Pricing, FFP, RDD/DF, FOC/EP, and SPACE workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Assist with escalated order-related issues and customer inquiries involving third-party BOC partners to ensure consistent service quality.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of standard operating procedures for third-party BOC partners, supporting clarity and alignment in daily operations.
  • Assist in training third-party BOC partners on relevant processes and procedures to ensure correct workflow execution and adherence to organizational standards.
  • Create and maintain Extended warranty, Software and Knox license orders through multiple Samsung internal systems in accordance with all procedures and policies.
  • Asset in Pricing updates for all divisions, and maintaining EDI orders from customers.
  • Manage to GPPM (Global Policy and Procedures Manual). Ensure compliance with all SECA policies.
  • Ad-hoc reporting and various duties as required.

Skills and Qualifications

Education

  • Post-secondary education and or equivalent work experience is required.
  • Membership in good standing with an accredited supply chain / logistics designation or similar is an asset.

Knowledge

  • Customer relationship management skills.
  • High proficiency in SAP/ERP (SD Module and MM Module) required.
  • Highly proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other office products.
  • Professional working knowledge of Last Mile Delivery networks and carriers within Canadian market.
  • Experience in relatable consumer market and SKU mix in Canada is an asset.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Data retrieval, manipulation, and analysis experience with demonstrable, verifiable output and report creation is required.

Experience

  • Minimum 4 years of related reverse delivery experience in logistics.
  • Customer Service Skills.
  • Consumer market familiarity in Canada.

The salary range for this role is expected to be between $73,000 to $101,000 and reflects base salary only. Actual pay will be determined based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, competencies, qualifications, relevant skills and experience. This posting is for a current job vacancy.
