Sales Learning Specialist

The Sales Learning & Instructional Design Specialist plays an important role in supporting Network Solutions’ training programs by developing practical, engaging learning content and facilitating training that helps sales teams succeed. In this role, you’ll partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to identify learning needs, create effective training resources, lead instructor-led training classes, and evaluate program impact. What you’ll do and how you’ll make your mark

• Partner with leaders, business partners, SMEs, and facilitators to identify learning needs and align training to business goals.
• Develop, update, and facilitate engaging training content, including guides, presentations, job aids, assessments, eLearnings, and multimedia resources.
• Lead instructor-led and virtual training sessions that build learner confidence, sales skills, and process adoption.
• Coordinate training events, encourage participation, track attendance, and assess learner progress.
• Keep training content accurate and current by staying informed on products, systems, policies, procedures, sales processes, and agent resources.
• Manage training projects from intake through delivery, including planning, content development, scheduling, readiness, and communication.
• Maintain SharePoint training resources so content is easy to access, share, and update.
• Adapt facilitation and learning activities based on learner needs, feedback, and business priorities.
• Facilitate train-the-trainer sessions to support consistent delivery and facilitator readiness.

Who you are and what you’ll need to succeed

• You have at least 2 years of instructional design and/or professional training experience, ideally in corporate learning, call center, customer service, or sales environments.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• You understand instructional design, learning methodologies, adult learning principles, training evaluation, and strategies that support knowledge retention.
• You are a confident facilitator who can manage engaging learning experiences in both virtual and in-person environments.
• You provide excellent service and build credibility with stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
• You communicate clearly and professionally, with strong judgment and diplomacy.
• You learn quickly, adapt well to change, work independently, and move multiple projects forward.
• You are comfortable consulting, collaborating, and building relationships across departments, sites, and leadership levels.
• You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage time, priorities, and projects effectively.
• You bring a results-focused approach, a collaborative mindset, and a positive attitude.
• You are comfortable using tools like PowerPoint, CoPilot, Workday, Articulate 360, Camtasia and Rise to support training development and delivery.
