Sr Procurement Specialist
About The Role
Support global procurement operations through sourcing, supplier management, procurement analytics, risk & compliance activities, and operational procurement support. Partner with internal stakeholders and suppliers to drive efficiently, compliance, and continuous improvement across the procurement lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage purchase requisitions, purchase orders, RFQs, and sourcing activities.
- Evaluate supplier quotations and support supplier selection processes.
- Monitor supplier performance through scorecards, KPI tracking, and periodic reviews.
- Conduct supplier due diligence, risk assessments, and compliance reviews, including contracts and certifications.
- Prepare procurement reports, spend analysis, and performance dashboards to support business decisions.
- Support supplier diversity initiatives and maintain related reporting.
- Utilize AI tools and digital procurement platforms to improve efficiency, reporting, and decision-making.
- Collaborate with US/global stakeholders and suppliers to resolve procurement issues and drive process improvements.
- Maintain procurement documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4-6 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain operations.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end procurement lifecycle.
- Experience in requisition and PO processing.
- Knowledge of supplier management, scorecards, risk assessments, and compliance reviews.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Experience with procurement and financial tracking systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with US/global teams.
- Experience using AI tools and digital productivity applications.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts when required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting supplier diversity programs.
- Exposure to procurement analytics and spend management.
- Knowledge of sourcing and contract management processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
