Opportunity – Key Responsibilities

What you will do

  • Lead the development and execution of robust Pricing and HEOR strategies aligned with business objectives. This includes assessing the economic impact of the new therapy, evaluating cost-effectiveness, and demonstrating the value of the product.
  • Oversee the design and execution of real-world evidence studies, economic modeling, and patient-reported outcomes research. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure robust data collection and analysis.
  • Work closely with market access teams to develop pricing strategies that balance affordability, market dynamics, and product value in the different countries.
  • Prepare comprehensive HTA submissions, addressing clinical, economic, and patient-related aspects. Engage with local health authorities to secure optimal reimbursement and market access (ad-hoc).
  • Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), payers, and healthcare providers. Leverage their insights to inform HEOR strategies and evidence generation.
  • Collaborate with medical affairs, marketing, regulatory affairs, and commercial teams to ensure alignment and successful product launch.
  • Monitor healthcare policy changes and advocate for policies that support patient access to innovative therapies. Participate in industry associations and forums to shape healthcare policies.
  • Stay informed about market dynamics, competitor activities, and emerging trends. Use this knowledge to inform pricing, market access, and HEOR strategies.
  • Contribute to demand forecasting by providing insights into market access timelines and potential barriers.
  • Key Performance Indicators: Quality and timeliness of HTA submissions, Successful reimbursement approvals, Evidence impact on product adoption and market share.

Knowledge and Skills

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in HEOR roles within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
  • Proficiency in health economics modeling, statistical analysis, and real-world evidence generation.
  • Knowledge of healthcare systems and regulatory processes in Latin American countries.
  • Experience with Immunology.
  • Collaborative and hands-on mindset.
  • Ability to influence internally and externally.
  • High resilience.
  • Available for travel and 4-days office per week.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Health Economics, Public Health, or related field.
  • Advanced degree (Masters or PhD) preferred.
  • Fluent in English. Spanish preferred.
