The Brand Manager will support the management and execution of the marketing plan to grow the assigned portfolio line with the overall brand’s strategic plan. This role will operate with a high-degree of autonomy. Additional responsibilities include competitive selling strategies and key projects on an ad hoc basis, as assigned by the US AES leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy and planning
- Contribute to the development of annual brand plans (strategic and operational) including objectives, positioning, target audiences, and go-to-market approach.
- Build competitive intelligence, market insights, and customer segmentation to inform decisions.
Execution and activation
- Ensure that brand strategies are executed with a high attention to detail and a focus on 360-plan implementation across channels (digital, CRM, social, HCP/professional, and education).
- Own the marketing calendar, launch readiness, and cross-functional execution (Sales, Medical, Regulatory, Legal/Compliance, Supply, Training).
- Ensure content development and promotional materials follow internal review/approval processes and local regulations.
- Support operational and execution capabilities, as required.
Performance and analytics
- Define KPIs, track performance (sales, share, brand health, funnel metrics), and optimize based on insights.
- Evaluate program execution, identify risks/opportunities, propose corrective actions.
Budget and agency management
- Develop the brand budget and ROI tracking.
- Lead agency briefs, manage creative/media agencies, ensure brand consistency.
- Manage vendor requests, inventory management, and field requests for materials.
Stakeholder management
- Partner closely with Sales/Sales Capabilities teams on sell-in and sell-out initiatives and field enablement.
- Collaborate with Medical/Regulatory/Compliance as needed to ensure compliant claims and materials.
- Coordinate with global and regional teams to align on strategy, assets, and best practices (if applicable).
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree is required; an MBA is preferred.
- Minimum five (5) years of relevant product management experience in a large, complex organization. Product launch experience preferred.
- Pharmaceutical/medical device industry experience required. Relevant aesthetics/beauty experience highly preferred.
- Proven ability to think strategically as well as execute and implement.
- Proven experiences managing creative agencies, including developing creative briefs, timelines and budgets with little supervision
- Proven ability to collaborate with upstream partners and drive tactical, downstream marketing activities.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as market research, agency contracts, sponsorship agreements, and product labeling.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Must be highly organized and able to perform multiple tasks at same time.
- Travel estimated up to 30%

Compensation
The target base salary range for this role is $125,000-$160,000 per year. This range reflects the anticipated compensation for the role. Where pay falls withing the range may vary based on many factors, including, but not limited to, job responsibilities, skills, experience, education, certifications, location and applicable geographic pay zones, market conditions, internal equity and business considerations. Compensation decisions are made based on an assessment of the candidate’s qualifications and the totality of relevant factors.
In addition to base salary, this role is eligible to participate in an annual short-term incentive program, subject to plan terms and eligibility requirements.
