[Job Summary]

• We are seeking a highly motivated and analytically driven Staff or Assistant Manager to join
• the Automotive Steel Division. This role supports aggressive growth initiatives in the
• automotive sector by engaging customers, developing new business opportunities,
• managing supply chain, analyzing market including global economic/trade trends. The
• successful candidate will play a key role in expanding business, identifying new
• opportunities and driving data-based decision making in alignment with corporate
• objectives.

• Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
• -Support new business development initiatives including OEM/Tier engagement.
• -Coordinate cross-functionally and internationally to manage stable pipeline.
• -Monitor KPIs and provide analytical insights to ensure alignment with corporate strategy.
• -Ensure compliance with internal policies and governance standards

Required

• -Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related field.
• -Strong analytical capability with steel market and auto-industries.
• -Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• -Excellent communication and structured thinking ability.

Preferred

• -Experience in automotive OEM, Tier X as steel purchasing.
• -Experience with carbon steel steel/electrical steel sales or engineering.
• -Experience in global or cross-border environments.
