Arconic is currently in search of Lead Maintenance Technician to join our Central Maintenance Department based in Davenport, IA.

In this role you will

Drive team maturity through direct reports.
Ensure specialist roles are effective and filled.
Identification and coordination of upskilling activities in crafts to close gaps in knowledge sets of the maintenance resources including lead operators and equipment coordinators.
Ensure trainee programs are effective and the curriculum is followed.
Lead problem solving activities to increase productivity, reduce errors in work performance and procedures and improve equipment reliability.
Develop and execute a plan to deliver world class reliability and performance of the equipment in each of the shops.
Support the MUC Superintendent to meet the department’s annual objectives as needed.
Assist the Central Maintenance Manager in development and implementation of plant wide Maintenance systems, processes and resource management across all Maintenance Areas.
