About The Role

Role Summary

helps to keep (Enterprise applications, custom applications, and websites) running smoothly and operating properly. Resolves tickets and provides administrative and technical support and guidance on applications to users and others in IT. Trouble shoots issues, fixes bug, installs and maintains applications with regular updates. Writes support and procedure documents, helps develop requirements and detailed specifications, and works according to those requirements and specifications. Works independently under specified objectives and applies advanced troubleshooting techniques to identify, diagnose, and correct application problems; escalates issues to vendors and works with vendors for solutions.

Main Responsibilities

Supports and administers (enterprise applications (ERP), Custom solutions &websites) including implementation, installation, configuration, and developing concepts and documentation. Helps create requirements and detailed specifications and works according to those requirements and specifications.
Provides daily and proactive monitoring, maintenance, and regular updates to enterprise applications.
Tests, troubleshoots, corrects, and resolves application incidents.
Works with technical staff, Businesses, vendors, and contractors to resolve Incidents and to provide application and end-user support.
Ensures integration between systems, identifies standards, and prioritizes project tasks and other activities to meet stakeholder needs.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Minimum bachelor’s degree, Computer Science, MIS & IS.
+3 years of experience in various rules.

Functional Competency

Trouble Shooting/Technical Support

Resolves IT issues by diagnosing problems, determining possible resolutions, and implementing effective solutions in a timely manner. This includes supporting end users with SAFE technology solutions (ERP, Custom applications, Website Guard management system, building management system, etc.).

Develops, tests, and maintains software applications and related programs and procedures; demonstrates creativity and innovation using available software development tools and follows design requirements, including web development. Demonstrates knowledge of system development life cycle SDLC.
