Associate Executive Recruiter

Providence is seeking an Associate Executive Recruiter in either Renton, WA or Portland, OR. As an Associate Executive Recruiter & Research Partner, you play a critical role in supporting Providence's executive recruiting function through a blend of recruitment execution, executive sourcing, and talent intelligence. This role serves as a developmental pathway into senior executive recruiting, providing exposure to all phases of the executive search process while building expertise in candidate identification, market research, talent mapping, and executive assessment.
