Video Content Producer (Scripting, Editing & Coordination)

• We are a fast-growing criminal defense law firm seeking a Video Content Producer to take ownership of our video content—from concept to final edit.
• This role reports directly to the Head of Marketing and is responsible for ensuring that all recording sessions are properly planned, organized, and executed efficiently.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and organize weekly video content (topics, formats, and ideas)
• Develop hooks and talking points prior to filming
• Coordinate recording sessions so attorneys are prepared and ready to film
• Edit short-form video content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts)
• Transform raw footage into engaging, high-retention videos
• Repurpose long-form recordings into multiple short-form clips
• Continuously improve content quality, structure, and performance

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in video editing and content creation
• Strong understanding of hooks, pacing, and viewer retention
• Ability to manage projects from concept through execution
• Organized, proactive, and highly detail-oriented
• Strong English communication skills

Bonus

• Experience working with founders, attorneys, or personal brands
• Experience creating short-form or social-first content
• Familiarity with high-trust industries (legal, finance, etc.)
