Customer Relationship Management

• Quick response and provide solutions for problem solving to meet customer requirements.
• Continue to improve customers' satisfaction and meet customers' service level.
• Cooperate with service providers to solve local customs/trucking problems.
• Well manage the key/VIP accounts.

Operational

• Plan shipments and input into system based on customer requirements.
• Track Accounts Receivables.
• Work with documentation team to make sure shipments well closed.
• Prepare regular reports for customers.
• Meet/exceed individual KPIs, including productivity, on-time response, accuracy, etc.

General Education

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level in shipping profession or related fields.

General Experience

• Associate - Working experience in international logistics industry is a plus.
• Customer centric.
• Specialist - Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience. Good business communication (verbal & written) and presentation skills.
• Senior Specialist - Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience. Sound knowledge of shipping basis, transportation basis, and customs regulations.
