About The Role

UNNATI program at DICV is one of the key programs to secure Aspiration 2030 by driving profitable growth through strategic and operative steering.

The PMO Coordinator role supports the Program Manager PMO by ensuring structured preparation of steering documents, KPI support, sprint coordination, maintaining initiative trackers, and risk tracking across the program’s pillars and work packages. The role enables disciplined program reviews and decision‑making through accurate data, timely inputs, and strong execution hygiene, under close guidance from PMO leadership.

Program Coordination

  • Partner with business PMOs and finance controllers to run initiative review cadences across work packages.
  • Coordinate follow-ups to ensure timely closure of actions and decisions.
  • Drive adherence to PMO standards, templates, processes, and reporting requirements.

Governance & Systems

  • Maintain program governance artifacts, including status reports, action logs, decision logs, and change records.
  • Own and continuously improve the digital initiative tracking system, including automated workflows and dashboards.
  • Identify and resolve data gaps, discrepancies, and reporting issues. Ensure high data accuracy (target ≥95%) through structured checks and validation before dashboards or reports are finalised.
  • Maintain KPI definitions, assumptions, and supporting documentation in line with PMO and Controlling guidance.

Sprint / Review Coordination

  • Coordinate weekly sprint and review meetings for assigned work packages.
  • Prepare review materials covering progress, risks, actions, and milestones.
  • Track action ownership, timelines, and risk mitigation plans; escalate delays and deviations.

Stakeholder engagement

  • Prepare program updates, dashboards, and communication materials for leadership and governance forums.
  • Highlight critical risks, dependencies, and issues requiring management attention.
  • Support structured communication on program progress, achievements, ensuring transparency and engagement.
  • Engineering / Commerce graduate. MBA preferred.
  • 2–4 years of experience in Program Management/PMO support, business analytics, finance support, or similar structured roles.
  • Strong Excel and Power BI capabilities required. PMP preferred.
