Supervise and support a team of clinical auditors
Monitor daily attendance, schedule adherence, and productivity.
Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and one-on-one meetings.
Motivate team members to achieve individual and team goals.
Address employee concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
Complete and submit accurate Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessments within required timelines
Develop and update individualized care plans for residents
Ensure assessments and documentation align with Medicare/Medicaid, CMS, and state regulations
Work with nurses, therapists, and other healthcare team members to support quality patient care
Maintain precise documentation to support reimbursement and compliance
Apply knowledge of PDPM (Patient-Driven Payment Model) to support accurate reimbursement classification
Review patient records and clinical documentation for completeness and accuracy
Identify missing, incomplete, or incorrect information and follow up accordingly
Provide feedback and support ongoing education/training based on documentation review findings
Manage multiple deadlines independently in a remote work environment
Current and valid PHRN license
Must have bedside/clinical experience
Must have at least 2 years experience with MDS (Minimum Data Set)
With extensive team lead / supervisory experience
Has experience supporting a U.S. Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
Strong knowledge of prehospital patient care protocols, standards, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Willing to work on shifting schedule.
