Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Follow detailed work instructions to perform basic kitchen tasks, such as operating utensils, packaging products, cleaning kitchen areas and items.
2. Ability to learn, retain information the basic processes of food production.
3. Perform daily custodial maintenance tasks of basic complexity including but not limited to sweeping, dusting, mopping, scrubbing, mopping, trash removal, and responding appropriately to requests as needed.
4. Model, teach, and apply SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles.
5. Understand. Create. Simplify.

6.Other duties as assigned.

• Ability to communicate and work effectively as part of a team
• Ability to work overtime, as required
• Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills
• Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
• Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
• Background check results satisfactory to SEL
• Negative drug test result(s)
