ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a high-impact, founder-facing role at an early-stage AI productivity startup. As Technical Chief of Staff, you'll work side-by-side with the founders to scale product, go-to-market, and operations — serving as a force multiplier across the business. It's an ideal launchpad for future founders who want broad exposure and real ownership from day one.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Partner directly with founders across product, GTM, and operations to drive strategic priorities.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to align teams and accelerate execution.
- Translate high-level goals into concrete plans and track delivery against tight deadlines.
- Provide technical context and project-level insight to support founder decision-making.
- Drive high-impact projects end-to-end, continuously prioritising what moves the company forward.
- Operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and adapt as priorities shift.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong technical background with solid CS fundamentals — formal training or equivalent hands-on experience welcome.
- 3–7 years of experience in a technical, operator, or cross-functional role, ideally at a startup.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for close collaboration with founders and diverse teams.
- Proven ability to prioritise ruthlessly and deliver under pressure with tight deadlines.
- High work ethic and stress tolerance; comfortable with demands beyond standard hours.
- Bonus: interest in branding, design, or social media channels.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary of $55,000–$80,000 USD per year, plus equity options in the range of 0.15%–0.50%. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
LOCATION
On-site in Stockholm, Sweden. This is a fully in-person role; candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to Stockholm.
