In this role, you will work one-on-one with children in their homes, using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy techniques under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to make a meaningful impact on their development and daily life.What You'll DoDeliver in-person ABA therapy in a child's homeFollow behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBACollect and record data on client progress and behaviorsParticipate in supervision sessions with a BCBAAttend required team meetings and training sessionsWhat We OfferCompetitive hourly pay: $19.00-$25.00/hourSupervised Practicum hours and 1:1 mentorship available for student analysts, provided by a doctorate-level <BCBA.Career> growth opportunities within the ABA fieldMileage reimbursementWhat You'll NeedHigh school diploma or equivalentExperience working with childrenIn-Home experience preferredPassion for supporting children with special needsReliable transportationActive CPR certification (Preferred)CBT Certification (RBT is a plus!)Physical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 poundsAbility to kneel, squat, crawl, sit, and stand for extended periodsComfortable engaging in play and physical activity with childrenAbout Us – Sentinel Neurobehavioral Care & Solutions, a Finni Health CompanySentinel Neurobehavioral Care & Solutions partners with Finni Health to provide compassionate, in-home ABA therapy.
