AP Payment and Expense Analyst

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be

• Ensure the timely and accurate processing of vendor payments in weekly payment cycles
• Perform regular bank reconciliations to maintain the accuracy and integrity of financial records
• Manage employee expense claims and ensure timely reimbursement in compliance with company policies
• Corporate Credit Card Program Management
• Conduct regular reconciliations of corporate credit card transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve payment and processing issues in a professional manner
• Support Month-End Close activities, including bank account reconciliations and other related financial tasks
• Provide proactive guidance and training to internal teams on expense management policies, procedures, and payment schedules
• Deliver services in accordance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and continuously meet or exceed performance KPIs
• Partner with business stakeholders to deliver high-quality financial services while maintaining strong compliance, control, and operational excellence standards.

For This Role, You Will Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
• Fresh graduates and maximum 1–2 years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart

• Proficiency in English and Hungarian (Written & Spoken)
• Experience in Oracle ERP System is an advantage
• AP experience in a manufacturing or financial shared services environment at a multinational company is a plus
