Job Description & Summary

In digital marketing at PwC, you will focus on leveraging digital platforms and strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation for clients. Your work will involve managing social media campaigns, optimising website performance, and implementing data-driven marketing strategies.

Your team

The Marketing Operations team enables the efficient planning, execution and continuous improvement of marketing activities across PwC Switzerland. As the operational backbone of the Marketing function, the team drives process excellence, governance, technology adoption and performance transparency. Working closely with business stakeholders, marketers and delivery teams, Marketing Operations ensures seamless collaboration, scalable workflows and consistent delivery across campaigns, events and digital channels.

Your impact

Coordinate the delivery of marketing activities across campaigns, client events, web and email channels, ensuring high quality and timely execution.
Orchestrate collaboration between business stakeholders, marketers, offshore delivery teams and Marketing Operations specialists to create seamless delivery experiences.
Drive the adoption and continuous optimisation of Adobe Workfront and related marketing technology platforms to increase transparency and efficiency.
Enhance operational processes, workflows and governance standards to strengthen consistency and scalability across the marketing organisation.
Develop reporting dashboards and operational metrics that provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
Monitor service performance, identify improvement opportunities and contribute to the ongoing evolution of Marketing Operations at PwC Switzerland.

Your skill set

3–5 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing coordination or a comparable role.
Proven experience working with workflow and project management platforms, ideally Adobe Workfront.
Strong understanding of marketing processes across events, email marketing, web content, campaigns and thought leadership activities.
Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and collaborating with offshore or distributed delivery teams.
Strong analytical capabilities with experience developing reports, dashboards and operational performance metrics.
Structured, proactive and solution-oriented working style with excellent communication skills in English and German.
