Talent Acquisition Consultant, Laboratory Services

The Talent Acquisition Consultant serves as a strategic talent partner for Laboratory Services, supporting the full recruitment lifecycle for a broad range of laboratory and diagnostic positions. This role collaborates closely with laboratory leaders and key stakeholders to develop and execute recruiting strategies that attract, engage, and hire high-quality talent. The consultant is responsible for developing proactive sourcing strategies to attract highly skilled laboratory professionals, including Medical Laboratory Scientists (MLS), Medical Laboratory Technicians (MLT), Pathologists' Assistants, Cytotechnologists, Histotechnologists, Phlebotomists, and laboratory leadership roles. Additionally, the consultant provides market insights, workforce planning support, and recruitment expertise to ensure staffing needs are met while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring leader experience.
