What Do We Do Here?

Our Conroe Facility produces downhole products for drilling activities in North America. Our plant has high demand and is operating 24/7 to produce these products for our customers. To meet the demand for our products, we provide employees with an air-conditioned environment, highly organized and clean 300,000 SQ. ft. fabrication facility, new CNC Machines (Mazak, Mori Sieke, DMG Mori, Weiler, etc.), and a strong safety program designed to ensure our team goes home safe to their families after every shift.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter shipping, receiving, inventory, and warehouse transactions into the company’s digital storage system.
  • Process and maintain shipping and receiving documentation, including packing slips, bills of lading, purchase orders, and delivery records.
  • Verify incoming and outgoing shipment information for accuracy, including quantities, item numbers, lot numbers, and other required information.
  • Update inventory records for receipts, transfers, adjustments, and shipments.
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical records for all warehouse activities.
  • Communicate discrepancies, shortages, damages, or documentation issues to the appropriate warehouse or management personnel.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, shipping, receiving, purchasing, inventory, and customer service personnel as needed.
  • Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation of system records against physical inventory.
  • Track shipments and update delivery or receiving status when required.
  • Perform general clerical and administrative duties in support of warehouse operations.
  • Follow company procedures related to inventory control, documentation, safety, and data accuracy.
  • Print labels for various inventory items.
  • Handle regular activities without prompting and advise in advance of any issues or delays.
  • Assist in editing spreadsheets and presentations, including printing and bindings, such as toolbox talks and daily Tier meetings.
  • Update supervisor of critical issues/events.
  • Maintain NOV guidelines on safety, quality, and delivery.
  • Clean work areas as necessary to maintain cleanliness, health, and safety standards.
  • All other reasonable tasks assigned with the goal of helping the team, operations, or the facility overall.

EDUCTATIONAL & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of administrative experience
  • Tact and good judgment in confidential situations
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Dependable & reliable attendance and timeliness
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and comfortable navigating on the computer.
