Specialist / Consultant - Spine Surgeon in a Leading Healthcare Facility

About The Role

We are seeking qualified and experienced Specialist / Consultant Spine Surgeons to join reputed hospitals and healthcare facilities across the UAE.

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive evaluation and surgical management of spinal disorders, injuries, and related conditions while delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and manage a wide range of spinal disorders and conditions.
  • Perform spinal and related orthopedic/neurosurgical procedures as appropriate.
  • Conduct consultations, clinical assessments, and pre-operative evaluations.
  • Develop individualized surgical and non-surgical treatment plans.
  • Manage spinal trauma, degenerative conditions, deformities, and other complex cases.
  • Provide post-operative care and long-term patient follow-up.
  • Collaborate with neurosurgeons, orthopedic surgeons, radiologists, physiotherapists, and other specialists.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and clinical documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with clinical quality and patient safety standards.

Requirements

  • MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
  • MD/MS/DNB/FRCS or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Orthopedic Surgery, Neurosurgery, or a relevant specialty.
  • UK CCT in Orthopedic Surgery / Neurosurgery or an equivalent recognized specialist qualification is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant post-specialization experience preferred.
  • Strong expertise in spinal surgery and complex spinal conditions.
  • Experience in minimally invasive spine surgery, spinal trauma, degenerative spine surgery, or deformity correction is an advantage.
  • Excellent clinical, surgical, and communication skills.
