What you’ll do

Lead the successful operation of the Moosomin Food Store, overseeing financial performance, inventory, staffing, safety, and customer service. Develop and support a high-performing team, maintain strong vendor relationships, and drive sales through effective merchandising, pricing, and customer loyalty initiatives.

Who you are

You are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations and

• You have 6 – 9 years of relevant experience including a minimum of 3 years experience leading leaders in a retail food environment.
• Previous management within the Co-op Retailing System will be considered an asset.
• You’re experienced in leading a team with a focus on customer service.
• You’re honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.
• You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.

Salary Band - $78,495 to $98,115 annually (The successful candidate will be placed within this band based on experience, technical knowledge, and leadership ability)
