About Dexcom’s Intern Program

Looking to spend your internship placement working with innovative technology and changing the lives of patients with diabetes? Dexcom’s internship program provides an experience driven program aimed at developing the next generation of talent. Interns will have the chance to gain knowledge and develop their skills while contributing to key company projects and initiatives. A collaborative and dynamic HR team that values innovation, inclusivity, and continuous learning. We work closely together on projects ranging from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and development, giving interns broad exposure to the HR function

Where you come in

• You’ll play a key role in welcoming new employees by coordinating onboarding activities, preparing documentation, and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
• You’ll keep our HR operations running seamlessly by maintaining accurate employee records, preparing reports, and supporting policy updates.
• You’ll help shape our culture by driving employee engagement initiatives, organizing events, and supporting feedback and recognition programs.
• You’ll grow your impact in learning and development by coordinating training sessions, managing records, and gathering valuable participant feedback.
• You’ll broaden your HR experience by contributing to cross-functional projects and supporting the implementation of key HR programs and initiatives.

What makes you successful

• You are pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or bring equivalent practical experience.
• You have a foundational understanding of HR principles and practices, with strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and data accuracy.
• You bring excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Your proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) helps you manage documentation, reporting, and presentations with ease.
• You are eager to learn, adaptable, and ready to take on new responsibilities to grow your HR career.
