About The Role

As a CCE, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire contract lifecycle, from creation to execution. Your expertise will be crucial in negotiating and drafting complex contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards. You will collaborate closely with various teams, providing commercial insights and strategic advice to drive business growth.

  • Manage and oversee the contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and industry standards, conducting thorough due diligence.
  • Provide commercial expertise and strategic advice to internal stakeholders, supporting business decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless contract management.
  • Implement efficient contract management processes, utilizing technology and automation where possible.
  • Monitor and analyze contract performance, identifying areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, ensuring our contract management practices remain competitive.
  • Conduct regular training sessions and knowledge-sharing initiatives to enhance the contract management skills of the team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or a related field, with a strong understanding of contract law and commercial practices.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in contract management or a similar role, preferably in a corporate or legal setting.
  • Excellent knowledge of contract drafting, negotiation, and interpretation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office suite.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a results-driven approach to work.
  • Willingness to stay updated with industry developments and a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
