About the job
We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Coordinator to support cross-functional projects and initiatives within the Configuration organization. The Project Coordinator will work closely with team leaders, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure projects are planned, tracked, communicated, and delivered effectively. The Project Coordinator supports project execution through coordination, communication, tracking, and reporting activities. The role does not own team priorities, resource allocation decisions, performance management, or technical direction. Prioritization of work remains the responsibility of the Team Leaders and Project/Program Managers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating activities across multiple teams, driving follow-ups, maintaining visibility of progress, and helping teams stay aligned on priorities and deadlines.
What You'll get to do
- Assign release-related tasks according to established processes.
- Monitor task progress, identify delays, blockers, and dependencies.
- Follow up with responsible teams and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare and maintain release status reports and communicate key updates.
- Review incoming priority requests from the Vendor Management Team.
- Ensure requests are properly assigned and tracked.
- Monitor progress and follow up on outstanding actions.
- Maintain visibility of priorities, statuses, blockers, and expected delivery dates.
- Review upcoming production and hotfix deployments from a Configuration perspective.
- Identify development tasks requiring configuration changes.
- Create and coordinate Configuration-related deployment tasks.
- Ensure required configuration activities are completed before deployments.
- Track deployment readiness and escalate risks when required.
- Coordinate requests and priorities from Account Managers and other business stakeholders.
- Maintain visibility of open requests, blockers, and expected delivery timelines.
- Ensure stakeholders receive regular updates on progress and risks.
- Facilitate communication between teams involved in delivery.
- Coordinate development tasks initiated by the Configuration Team.
- Monitor task progress and ensure work items move through the workflow in a timely manner.
- Verify that blockers, dependencies, and required information are properly documented.
- Follow up with responsible teams when actions are required.
- Help ensure Configuration improvement initiatives remain visible and actively progressing.
