Manual Testing requirement : ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 5- 10years ensure the end-to-end functionality and reliability of applications through manual testing, maintaining high product quality and seamless user experience across platforms. • Design and execute test plans, scenarios, and test cases based on business requirements • Maintained detailed test documentation and ensured requirement traceability using Confluence. • Perform Functional, Regression, Sanity, Smoke, Integration, UI/UX, and UAT testing for web and mobile platforms. • Conducted API testing using Postman and performance/load testing with JMeter. • Performed OS-level base image testing on Windows, CentOS, and RHEL for NCR, ELO, and DIEBOLD systems. • Managed containers with Docker and performed secure server access via SSH (PuTTY). • Monitored logs using Splunk and tracked performance using Grafana dashboards. • Tracked and managed defects in JIRA and Zendesk ensuring timely resolution. • Collaborated with developers, BAs, Product Owners, and Support teams in Agile sprints. • Lead Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, • Mentored QA team members, assigned tasks, tracked progress, and conducted knowledge transfer sessions. • Conducted API testing using Postman to validate backend APIs Required Skills & Competencies • Strong expertise in manual testing methodologies, test case creation, execution, and defect lifecycle management. • Hands on experience with testing tools such as JIRA, Zendesk, Confluence, Postman, JMeter, Docker, Splunk, Grafana, PuTTY. • Proficiency in testing across operating systems including Windows, CentOS, and RHEL. • Solid understanding of web technologies, mobile app behavior, APIs, HTTP protocols, and basic networking. • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues using logs and performance metrics. • Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership capabilities in Agile environments.
