About The Role

This AR will be used to onboard Chris Spence Operate and maintain data center infrastructure and facilities. Install, configure, troubleshoot, and decommission servers, racks, cabling, storage, and network equipment. Monitor infrastructure health, capacity, availability, and performance. Manage physical and virtual servers across platforms such as VMware, HyperV, or equivalent technologies. Perform hardware replacement, firmware upgrades, patching, and preventive maintenance. Support data center migration, consolidation, expansion, and technologyrefresh projects. Maintain rack layouts, asset registers, cable documentation, and infrastructure diagrams. Monitor power distribution units, UPS systems, cooling systems, environmental sensors, and physical security controls. Coordinate with network, cloud, security, facilities, and application teams to resolve incidents. Investigate and resolve hardware, connectivity, environmental, and infrastructurerelated incidents. Execute backup, disaster recovery, business continuity, and failover procedures. Follow change management, incident management, problem management, and service management processes. Ensure compliance with security policies, audit requirements, health and safety standards, and operational procedures. Engage and manage thirdparty vendors and hardware support providers. Prepare operational reports, maintenance records, capacity reports, and rootcause analysis documents. Participate in 24x7 support, oncall rotations, and scheduled maintenance activities when required.
