• Minimum Grade 12 qualification
• 6-12 months in Debt Collection, ideally

within a Call Centre environment.

• Familiarity with the life cycle of an

account, the collection process, and the systems that support these processes.

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Excellent

• telephone etiquette, strong customer service orientation, meticulous attention
• to detail, and a collaborative team player .
