 What this role is all about
As a Product Sales Specialist (Voice Wholesales) , you will own the commercial performance, growth, and profitability of Infobip’s global Voice wholesale business .
This is a hands‑on role with real ownership over traffic growth, routing strategy, pricing, and margin optimization . You will manage Tier 1 carrier and aggregator relationships, work closely with Routing, NOC, and Revenue Assurance teams, and actively influence how voice traffic is routed and monetized across global markets.
This is not a transactional sales or account‑admin role.
This role is designed for a professional with a deep understanding of the international voice wholesale ecosystem.
What you'll do
Voice Wholesale & Customer Ownership
- Own and grow a portfolio of Tier 1 Voice wholesale partners (international carriers, aggregators, operators)
- Drive traffic growth while protecting and improving gross margin (GP)
- Actively manage pricing, bilateral agreements, and commercial terms
- Identify and develop new routing opportunities and destinations
- Build long‑term, trusted partnerships across the global carrier ecosystem
Traffic, Routing & Quality Management
- Monitor and analyze traffic performance and voice quality KPIs ( ASR, ACD, PDD, NER )
- Work directly with Routing and NOC teams to optimize LCR, quality, and margin
- React immediately to traffic drops, quality degradation, or margin erosion
- Support onboarding of new interconnections and live traffic launches
Risk, Fraud & Market Awareness
- Closely collaborate with Revenue Assurance to detect and prevent fraud, grey routes, and revenue leakage
- Stay on top of market dynamics: price erosion, CLI manipulation, regulatory changes, and competitor behavior
- Proactively flag risks and propose corrective actions
Internal Collaboration & Tools
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams: Routing, NOC, Finance, Procurement, RA, Platform Operations
- Maintain accurate forecasting, reporting, and opportunity tracking in Salesforce and internal tools
- Act as a power user and provide feedback to improve traffic monitoring and analytics tools
What makes you a strong fit
- 4+ years of experience in international Voice Wholesale (carrier / aggregator business).
- Strong understanding of A2P/P2P Voice, CLI, routing strategies, LCR, bilateral interconnects, and pricing models .
- Proven experience managing high‑volume, margin‑sensitive voice traffic .
- Deep knowledge of voice quality metrics (ASR, ACD, PDD) and how to improve them.
- Strong commercial mindset with clear ownership of revenue, margin, and traffic growth .
- Comfortable working in fast‑moving, dynamic pricing environments.
- Ability to navigate complex internal organizations and work cross‑functionally.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Nice to have
- Existing network within the international carrier ecosystem
- Experience with fraud prevention and RA processes
- Understanding of regional voice regulations
