micro1 is seeking a Member of Legal Staff, Corporate & Legal Ops Associate to join its core team. In this role, the Corporate & Legal Ops Associate will play a critical part in supporting and executing venture financings, corporate governance, equity administration, and transaction closings. The position is ideal for an experienced corporate paralegal or a junior attorney with foundational law firm training and hands-on experience in venture transactions. This individual will manage the details that keep corporate matters moving—drafting documents, coordinating signatures, maintaining records, and ensuring organizational accuracy.

Beyond traditional legal operations, the role offers the opportunity to design and implement AI-enabled workflows, self-service tools, and automations that streamline legal processes and reduce manual work. The successful candidate will independently drive matters from start to finish, manage corporate records and equity plans, and build scalable systems for recurring legal needs. A genuine interest in AI, legal technology, and workflow automation is essential, as is the ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced, highly asynchronous environment.
