About The Role

  • Maintain GAAP/Hollywood head office data base (prices, recipes, menu items, specials, and daily specials).
  • Support all F&B stores nationally for system errors, upgrades, updates, testing (All queries relating to GAAP).
  • Complete all month end reporting for management accounts.
  • Regular meetings with GAAP representatives to make sure Hollywood is getting the best deals and support from GAAP e.g. Discussing lower prices.
  • Organise Installs of GAAP equipment for new stores, check and test data base before install.
  • Prepare All Hollywood/GAAP contracts for new stores and maintain filing for contracts.
  • Co - ordinate and roll out price increase yearly to each Region (Nationally).
  • Follow up on Contracts that are reaching maturity date.
  • Train staff on new procedures on the point of sale before rolling out.
  • Reconcile all GAAP payments for call outs travel claims etc.
  • Monitor GAAP annual increases on management accounts with food and beverage accountant.
  • Manage all the order number request for all the GAAP ad-hoc invoices and the monthly billing.
  • Follow up on all food and beverage server reports.
  • Resolve Internal Audit queries (Sit down with Regional Auditors and iron out relevant queries per region/Branch).
  • Building and creating new Automated reports with GAAP rep.
  • Daily report/War list.
  • Assist branches to trouble shoot via telephone, teams and portal.
  • National branch visits that include but not limited to: checking equipment condition, training and new systems set-ups and roll-out.
  • Ad-hoc reporting to National/Regional F&B and Commercial Manager.
  • Ensure all F&B branches effectively operate on GAAP and input into system is correct.
  • Assist National, Regional and Branch managers in investigating stock shortages to determine reasons for variances, shortages, wastage etc.
  • Resource management of GAAP resources across all regions (in conjunction with Branch managers) in line with operational trends and events to ensure optimal equipment utilization.
  • Any other ad hoc duties that might be required.
  • Valid driver’s license (Advantageous)
  • F&B qualification (Advantageous)
  • 2 to 3 years Food and Beverage Industry
  • Management Experience (Advantageous)
  • 2 to 3 years Point of Sale Experience
  • 2 to 3 years Point of Sale Back Office Experience
  • Recipe Building and Testing Experience (Advantageous)
