What's the role?

This role sits within the Personal Loans portfolio and is responsible for leading key areas of the product, partnership and risk landscape. You'll own the end-to-end management of the Personal Loans product, including proposition development, pricing, portfolio performance and the delivery of strategic initiatives.

Working across Product, Technology, Risk and Operations, you'll identify opportunities to improve customer outcomes, optimise portfolio performance and drive sustainable growth. You'll also work closely with partners across the Consumer Finance business to support acquisition opportunities, strengthen propositions and deliver commercial outcomes.

Using customer, performance and market insights, you'll inform strategic decisions, influence priorities and deliver outcomes aligned to commercial objectives, customer needs and regulatory requirements.

This is a full-time role based in Sydney.

What Do I Need?

  • Experience leading product lifecycle activities, including roadmap development, pricing, proposition management and optimisation within a regulated environment.
  • Experience managing lending, banking or financial services products and delivering strong customer and commercial outcomes.
  • Ability to translate customer, performance and market insights into product improvements and growth initiatives.
  • Experience using customer, performance and market data to inform strategic product decisions and prioritisation.
  • Experience managing or influencing risk, credit policy or regulatory requirements within lending or financial services.
  • Demonstrated capability leading cross-functional delivery across Product, Technology, Risk and Operations.
  • Strong commercial and analytical capability, with the ability to translate insights into action and influence senior stakeholders.
