What’s the role?

Join our Bank of Melbourne Commercial Banking & Emerging Corporates team and take ownership of a significant portfolio of Victorian businesses across the transport, logistics and wholesaling sectors.

You'll work closely with established customers, help them achieve their growth ambitions and identify new opportunities to bring more businesses to Westpac Group. Supported by a dedicated Account Executive and an experienced team of specialists, you'll deliver tailored banking solutions that create meaningful outcomes for customers.

This is also a unique opportunity to help shape an important chapter for Bank of Melbourne customers. You'll lead customer relationships through the transition to Westpac products, services and platforms, supported by a dedicated migration team and the broader capability of one of Australia's leading financial institutions.

This is a permanent full-time opportunity based in Melbourne / Naarm, Wurundjeri Country, with flexibility to work from either our Melbourne CBD or Mulgrave office.

What do I need?

  • Experience managing and growing commercial or corporate banking relationships
  • Strong credit skills and the ability to support complex lending opportunities
  • A track record of building trusted networks and developing new business opportunities
  • Experience structuring customer solutions across lending, working capital or cashflow requirements
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills with customers and key stakeholders
