  • Support continuity of care through proactive patient management and follow-up.

  • Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation in accordance with professional standards.

What You Will Bring

To be successful in this role, you will have

  • Registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand and a current Annual Practising Certificate, or eligibility for registration.
  • Experience working as a General Practitioner within primary care.
  • Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and decision-making skills.
  • A commitment to delivering culturally safe, patient-centred healthcare.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • A collaborative approach and passion for working within multidisciplinary teams.
  • A genuine desire to improve health outcomes within the community.
