Job Description 工作职责

The Concierge Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the operations of the Concierge Counter. The Concierge Supervisor must empower the team members to create memorable experiences for the hotel guests by delivering genuine service with poise. The Concierge Supervisor must drive the key metrics, enable training and coaching to achieve GSI, CSI, KPI and financial targets. Fully in charge the Concierge Counter while the absence of Chief Concierge or Assistant Chief Concierge.

礼宾部主管的工作职责为监督礼宾柜台的日常运作。礼宾部主管必须授权于团队成员提供真诚的服务从而为宾客创造印象深刻的体验。礼宾部主管必须发展其工作重点，加强培训，指导并达到 GSI,CSI,KPI 以及财务目标。必须在礼宾司或助理礼宾司缺席时，管理并确保礼宾柜台的日常营运。
