Job Responsibilities / Job Description 工作职责

• Carry out daily hotel maintenance and repair work under the supervision of the Engineering Supervisor, keep equipment in good working condition and minimize downtime.

在工程部工程主管的指导下进行酒店的日常修复，使设备处于良好的修复状态，以尽量缩短停工期。

• Provide ongoing support and improve engineering‑related services to resolve issues raised by guests and colleagues.

连续支持和改进工程方面的服务以对应客人和同事的问题。

• Be willing to train and mentor other colleagues by sharing knowledge and skills to facilitate their development and improvement.

愿意通过传授自已的知识技能来培训和指导其它同事，得以发展和改进。

• Fire alarm & life‑safety systems: Monitor the systems as required, fully understand their operation and be able to operate them in emergencies. Possess basic working knowledge of sprinkler systems and emergency power systems.

火警警报/生命安全系统：按需要监视系统，彻底了解系统操作，并能在紧急情况下使用。懂得消防喷淋系统及紧急能源系统的工作常识。

• Energy conservation: Observe energy consumption inside and outside the hotel, identify energy‑saving opportunities and submit suggestions to engineering management.

节能：观察酒店内外的能源利用情况，寻找节能方法，并将建议反映给工程管理层。

• Accident prevention & safety compliance: Understand job safety analyses for each department. Strive to prevent workplace accidents and maintain a safe working environment for others. Continuously identify potential hazards to hotel colleagues and guests, and take immediate corrective action when risks are found.

• 防止事故，保证安全：了解各个部门的工作安全分析，在工作中努力避免事故的发生，也为别人创造安全的工作环境。一贯留心可能危及酒店同事及客人的情况。如有发现，马上采取行动来纠正。
