Candidates who have previously worked for Tyson Foods will have a minimum rehire waiting period of 365 days and are limited to 3 times of employment.

The starting pay for this position is $18.80/hr. with a shift increase for second and third shifts. This facility operates five to six days a week and produces items like Hillshire Snack packs, Jimmy Dean Breakfast bowls, and Jimmy Dean Breakfast sandwiches.

This facility handles pork products. Depending on business needs, employees may be assigned to roles that involve working directly with pork products.

Job Summary and Responsibilities

This facility includes six distinct production areas where job openings may occur: Breakfast Sandwiches, Snack Line, Breakfast Bowls, Packout, Wraps and Wedges, and Breakfast Cups. Job duties include but are not limited to:

Responsible for assembling various breakfast and snack items—including sandwiches, bowls, cups, wraps, and snack packs—according to established recipes and portion guidelines
Place ingredients (such as bread, proteins, and cheese) accurately and consistently.
Inspect products to confirm proper assembly and presentation.
Add any missing components to meet quality standards.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
Report any product or equipment issues to the supervisor promptly.
Assist with other production tasks as needed.

Physical Requirements: The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation

Must be willing and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be willing and able to stand for extended periods up to 10 hours.
Must be willing and able to lift up to 25 lbs.
Must be willing and able to work in cold temperatures ranging from 20 to 36 degrees.
