About The Role

  • Copy, scan, and collate faculty documents as requested
  • Type and format documents for faculty use
  • Perform data entry and maintain electronic records
  • Keep the lobby, copy room, and mail room clean and organized
  • Pick up and drop off departmental mail and packages
  • Provide general clerical support such as filing and stapling
  • Monitor printer supplies and restock paper as needed
  • Assist with clearing paper jams and basic printer troubleshooting
  • Set up and break down equipment for faculty presentations
  • Report any equipment issues or supply shortages to the department coordinator
  • Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student at the University of Tulsa
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with standard office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
  • Basic knowledge of copy and scanner operation
  • Ability to lift and move boxes up to 25 lbs
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions
  • Positive attitude and willingness to assist faculty and staff
  • Eligibility for work‑study employment through the university
