About The Role

The Law Library’s Collections Department is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented student to assist with processing, organizing, and maintaining library collections. Duties include processing and labeling materials, updating records and data entry, shelving and organizing collections, conducting inventory and quality-control checks, and supporting digitization, archival, and collection maintenance projects.

The position requires the ability to lift and move materials up to 10 pounds and to stand, bend, and reach while shelving. Students should be able to follow detailed procedures, manage time effectively, and work independently and as part of a team.

Hours: 10–20 hours per week, with flexible scheduling around academic commitments. Summer employment may also be available.
