Gastroenterologist - Lead Digestive Care in Dubai

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Consultant Gastroenterologist to join a leading healthcare team in the heart of Dubai. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and proficient in diagnosing and managing a wide range of gastrointestinal diseases and disorders. Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive medical evaluations, including reviewing patient history, performing physical examinations, and ordering diagnostic tests

Provide accurate and timely diagnosis and treatment for gastrointestinal disorders, including Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis, celiac disease, IBS, and other digestive conditions

Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s clinical needs

Prescribe and manage medications, and recommend dietary and lifestyle modifications

Collaborate closely with nurses, nutritionists, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, high‑quality patient care

Stay updated with advancements, guidelines, and research in gastroenterology

Participate in conferences, workshops, and continuous medical education activities

Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with regulatory standards

Requirements

Medical degree from an accredited and recognized university

Board Certification in Gastroenterology

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Consultant Gastroenterologist
• Strong clinical expertise in managing complex gastrointestinal conditions
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient‑care skills
• Western education or training is mandatory
• Eligibility for licensure in Dubai (DHA)
