Senior AVP – Solution Architect

We are seeking a skilled and driven Solution Architect (AVP / Senior AVP) to join our Banking & Capital Markets Solutioning team as a high-impact individual contributor. In this role you will be the engine of deal construction—owning the design, articulation, and commercialisation of solutions across the BCM portfolio. You will work directly on client pursuits, RFP responses, and solution workshops, combining deep domain knowledge with expertise in AI, digital, analytics, and automation to build compelling, differentiated propositions. This is a specialist IC role for a practitioner who thrives on crafting solutions that win.
