Your Team and Role
The Vice President, Future Growth Execution & Commercialization is a senior leadership position responsible for driving execution, commercialization, and organizational effectiveness across Prudential's Future Growth organization within the Retirement Business.
Reporting to the Head of Future Growth and serving as a member of the Future Growth leadership team, this executive will play a central role in translating strategy into outcomes across both Insurance Overlay and DC Lifetime Income.
This leader will provide executive oversight across commercialization efforts, strategic partnership implementation, launch readiness, enterprise coordination, organizational effectiveness, and business execution. Working across a highly matrixed environment, they will ensure resources remain aligned to the initiatives that matter most and that strategic priorities consistently translate into business outcomes.
Location
This position offers a virtual work arrangement . Candidates based near Newark, NJ will be expected to work from the office three days per week in accordance with Prudential's hybrid work model
How You Will Make an Impact
- Lead execution across all major Future Growth initiatives.
- Drive commercialization of Insurance Overlay and DC Lifetime Income opportunities.
- Coordinate implementation of strategic partnerships and enterprise initiatives.
- Establish and maintain operating rhythms, governance processes, and accountability frameworks.
- Lead cross-functional coordination across Distribution, Institutional, PGIM, Product, Operations, Finance, Marketing, Technology, Legal, Compliance, and Relationship Management.
- Drive launch readiness and implementation activities across both businesses.
- Identify execution risks, resource gaps, and organizational priorities.
- Improve organizational effectiveness and support Future Growth scaling efforts.
- Champion Future Growth's Focus and Finish philosophy.
The Skills and Experience You Bring
- Senior leadership experience within financial services, retirement, wealth management, insurance, asset management, consulting, or related fields. Experience with annuities or other retirement-focused products is a plus.
- Demonstrated success leading large-scale strategic initiatives and commercialization efforts.
- Proven ability to influence across highly matrixed organizations.
- Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills
- .Experience leading organizational transformation, growth initiatives, and business execution.
- Ability to operate comfortably at both strategic and operational levels.
What we offer you
Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $178,600.00 to $267,800.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
